In a world that keeps changing, Pigeons follows a carrier pigeon who loses his job the day a telephone is installed in his owner’s home. Searching for food, shelter, and purpose, the film explores freedom, progress, and what gets lost along the way.

The real challenge was getting the design perfect with Amos. We iterated on proportions and movement potential until the characters felt right, so animators could focus on performance instead of fighting the model.
